Frequently Asked Questions

General

The week runs 8–12 September 2026. If you’re attending as a delegate, plan for 9–11 September — the full public Forum & Festival at Suntec Singapore, including the opening and closing ceremonies. The 8th and 12th are private, invitation-only roundtables and convenings; if one involves you, you’ll hear from us directly.

IMPACT WEEK is co-convened by TPC (Tsao Pao Chee) and the NO.17 Foundation. TPC is a fourth-generation, purpose-led business ecosystem committed to serving the well-being of life through its work across logistics, learning, capital, and community. The NO.17 Foundation is TPC’s philanthropic arm — focused on awakening consciousness, regenerating systems, and building a well-being future for all. Together, they steward IMPACT WEEK as a living platform for systems transformation.

Yes — Impact Key is the official app for IMPACT WEEK.  All bookings through the app. On the day, you will scan the QR code in the Impact Key to access all of your booked programmes, festival activities, and curated networking.

As this is an invitation-only event, entry isn’t possible without the app: visit the official Impact Key download page and sign in with the email address on your invitation.
